After you choose your chain and any charms or connectors, we measure and cut it to the perfect length for your wrist, ankle, or neck. A small piece of leather is placed on your skin for protection, and a pulse arc welder fuses the ends of the chain together in under a second. That's it — completely seamless.

Not at all. The weld is completely painless — just a quick flash of light and it's done. Most people are surprised at how fast and easy it is. A piece of leather is placed under the chain to protect your skin throughout the process.

Yes — while it's designed to stay on forever, you can remove it by simply cutting the chain with a small pair of scissors or nail clippers. Once removed, it can be re-welded at your next appointment as long as you still have the chain.

Absolutely. We use a professional pulse arc welder and follow strict safety and hygiene protocols at every appointment. The leather shield protects your skin throughout the weld.

We currently offer Gold Fill, Rose Gold Fill, Sterling Silver, and Enamel specialty chains. Each metal is high quality and designed to last. We do not offer stainless steel — everything we carry is genuine jewelry-grade metal. We're also working on bringing 14k Solid Gold back in the future.

Very little maintenance needed. You can shower, swim, and sleep in it. Rinse with fresh water after exposure to chlorine or saltwater. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach. A gentle polish with a soft cloth will keep it looking its best.

Yes! That's one of the best things about permanent jewelry. It's designed to be worn through all of life's moments — swimming, the gym, the shower, everything. Just rinse with fresh water after pool or ocean exposure.

Charms and connectors are small decorative elements welded directly into your chain during your appointment. From zodiac discs and birthstone connectors to evil eye charms, bows, crosses, and more — they make your piece uniquely yours and are just as permanent as the chain itself.

Most appointments take 15–30 minutes from start to finish. If you're adding multiple pieces or charms, plan for a bit more time. Pop-up appointments are typically even quicker — around 10 minutes.

A $20 booking fee is collected when you schedule your appointment. This fee is applied in full toward your jewelry purchase at your appointment — so it's simply a deposit to hold your time, not an additional charge. The fee is forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.

If your piece breaks or you need to have it re-welded after removal, simply book a new appointment and bring your chain. As long as you still have the chain, the cost is just the appointment booking fee.
